He's Cincy PD now and since I work with them everyday I have learned that you have to speak to them in a certain way or they get cranky.

Alot of people there really didn't like how he did his job, but he was actually one of the few supervisors I had/have respect for. Jesse was very consistent in enforcing policy and never played favorites. That's why I respect him. Even though he did write me up for being late.
Please tell him I said 'hi!'.
